Data Processing Addendum

This DPA applies when an Operator uses Couples Hub to process personal data of couples, guests, suppliers, or staff and that processing falls under GDPR or equivalent regimes.

Roles

The Operator is the controller of the personal data they upload. Couples Hub is the processor and acts only on documented instructions.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, and payments. The current list is available on request and updated when it changes.
