Couples Hub is built for hospitality — which means we hold information about real people on one of the most personal days of their lives. We treat that responsibility with the same discretion a good concierge would.

What we collect

Account information for venue operators and couples, guest details that you or your couples provide, and the standard service logs needed to keep the product reliable and secure.

How we use it

Only to deliver the service: rendering portals, sending invitations, processing payments, and providing support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use guest lists for marketing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or close your account at any time from the Profile tab. Reach us at privacy@coupleshub.example for anything we haven't covered here.
